Royal visit at Dinex A/S

2012-06-17

The story of Dinex's continued success in developing and producing some of the world's most advanced and environmentally friendly exhaust systems have found its way into the royal family.

During the official visit in Middelfart H.R.H. Prince Henrik visited the production line and test center at Dinex A/S

Curious and interested Prince
On the guided tour of the production at Dinex in Middelfart it was an interested and curious prince who stuck his head into the welding robots cells to study further, while the CEO and owner of the company, Torben Dinesen, explained about the products and production.

Dinex has just invested several millions in new high-tech welding robots, which is to maintain a high-end production efficiency and standard in Denmark - and thus retain jobs in the local area.

Purveyor
Dinex Technology Center is with its 1.000 square meters one of the world's largest and most advanced for testing emission solutions, why the Prince Consort of course also got a brief introduction on how comprehensive these tests are in the development of the most environmentally friendly and durable solutions for diesel engines.

Development director, Lars C. Larsen was responsible for the introduction and could further tell the Prince Consort, that Dinex has supplied particle filter to one of the royal horse transport vehicles.
"I believe we have equipped the royal truck involved in transporting horses with a particle filter - to be aligned with environmental zone legislation in Copenhagen. Yes, so in that context, we Purveyor .... almost, " joked Lars C. Larsen, much to the amusement of the Prince Consort and follow.

A heavy pat
"It's always nice to receive recognition of our company and what we are doing on a daily basis. But it is obvious that when the pat on the shoulder comes from members of the royal family, it weighs a little heavier", concludes Torben Dinesen.

Dinex is currently well into the start of production in the U.S. and is planning the same in Thailand, Brazil and India in the near future. So a focus on the business as this can hardly be anything but an advantage.
