Strategy meeting - Istanbul

From the 13th to the 15th of November, 45 members of the Dinex leadership team from all over the world, met in Istanbul in Turkey to follow up on our strategy execution journey: Fuel for the future 2020
A strong, core leadership team of 45 enthusiastic spirits, globally representing 1.400 colleagues, met in Istanbul last week to align and set sails for 2019.
Many clever ideas were shared openly, and several initiatives has been started already based on this. At the same time, all participants actively used the opportunity to establish relations and agree on priorities with colleagues from around the world, and from completely different functional areas – an important part of ensuring that we keep working as "One-Dinex".
It is the 2nd time in Dinex that we conduct a similar strategy workshop, and yet again the experience has been overall positive.
